The Homes of the Center Avenue Historic District 2023 Holiday Parlour Tour
We invite you to join us this December 2-3, 2022, as we host the much anticipated Holiday Parlour tour.
This is your opportunity to view the interiors of some of the beautiful, historical homes of Bay City, Michigan. Many original features have been carefully preserved, and allow us to take a look into the rich history that Bay City has to offer.
Join us, as we kick off the season with some of our favorite homes, decked to celebrate the holidays!

Center Avenue Neighborhood Association at Drydock
Please join us August 16, 17, 18, and 19 at Drydock to support the Center Avenue Neighborhood Association.
The proceeds of this event will go to the preservation of the historic architecture left to Bay City by the lumbermen and ship builders who made their fortunes here by offering grants, scholarships, and educational workshops for community members, as well as local events we host such as The Homes of the Center Avenue Historic District Holiday Parlour Tour.
Hours of operation are:
- Wednesday, August 16 from 4-10pm
- Thursday, August 17 from 4-11pm
- Friday, August 18 from 4-Midnight
- Saturday, August 19 from Noon-Midnight
Drydock is located at 113 Center Avenue in Bay City between Water and Saginaw Streets and is a pet and family friendly environment!
CANA Cleans Up
Join CANA as we work our way through the historic district to clean and beautify our city!
We will meet at 2171 Center (the corner of Park and Center) around 9:45am and deploy teams from there. Depending on how many volunteers we get, our focus area will start on Center Avenue and expand more broadly into the historic district with the more volunteers who respond.
**We will provide lawn and leaf bags and garbage bags, however we do suggest that you bring your own rake or tools you would like to use.**
For those who will be working on Center Avenue, we will provide high-visibility vests. For the less busy streets, we recommend wearing something bright so drivers/passersby can see you.
Our goals are to:
-remove litter
-remove any yard waste on city property areas
-generally clean up/tidy the area
